I went to ram infotech because of the sound which was coming from my laptop fan. I was not sure whether the problem was with the fan or the hard disk. But these guys have diagnosed it and found that the problem was with the fan within an hour. Then it took two days for them to get the same model fan for replacing the old one. My fan is now replaced. My laptop is working fine now. Special thanks to Bala who responded well whenever I called or messaged. Overall the service is good, professional and satisfactory.
