Ram Infotech engineers took the job of changing the board in my Dell Studio 2011 model. Now it is working very fine. On /Off switch also was posing enormous problem and they found a way to give it separately outside. It is working niece. In the case of my another Dell laptop - Pentium based model --within six month from purchase one of the USB drives came out and was not functioning well. The company service centre said that USB ports are not covered and for changing that Board has to be changed. I was prepared to pay but they did not take the work. I was pulling on with one USB drive only. About a few months back I enquired from Ram Infotech whether it is possible to change that USB drive and did that. This laptop is also working very well I wish Ram Infotech all the best. They are doing a exceptional job. deserves recognition. good day.
